The
block mounted external/dry sump filter adapter eliminates the need
to machine the block to accept an oil inlet fitting. These billet
aluminum adapters bolt securely to the stock filter mount and accept
stock configuration filters. The oil cooler adapter has only one inlet
and one outlet which greatly simplifies oil cooler installation. Both
of these filter adapters come complete with all mounting hardware,
o-rings, and pipe plugs where necessary.
Our new remote adapter uses a 11/2"-16 filter opening and incorporates
a 1/2" NPT temp fitting along with a 1/8" NPT for either
pressure readings or to feed spring oilers. Inlet and outlet are -10
o-ring and can be plumbed to suit your needs. Remote filters are shipped
complete with fittings.
STEF’S now also has the OEM filter adapter for GM SBC and BBC;
OEM No. 3952301. It is fully machined from a new casting. |
