Policy - Warranty
All STEF’s products are warranted to
be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of
90 days. For claims, see returns section.
Method
of Payment
C.O.D./VISA/MASTER CARD or open account to established customers
only. New customers or special orders above $200.00 require a 50%
deposit, balance will be shipped C.O.D. To expedite order processing,
we suggest deposits via money order, cashiers check or bank draft
as personal or company check may require up to 10 working days to
clear. All deposits on custom order components are nonrefundable.
Returns
If a return is necessary due to damage or any problem, you must
contact STEF’s for a return authorization number. You must
mark the returned with R.A. Number and ship prepaid and insured.
All products returned must be in unused and resalable condition
with the original invoice within 10 working days.
Damaged
shipments and shortages
All shipments are F.O.B. 693 Cross street, Lakewood, N.J. 08701.
When the carrier signs for the shipment in good condition at our
plant, any claims against damage or shortages must be at the time
of delivery. If the driver will not wait for an inspection of suspected
damages or shortages, be certain to mark the bill of lading “Subject
to later count and inspection”. All claims should be brought
to our attention within 48 hours.

Due to the intended usage of the products in this catalog, all products
are sold without any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for the intended purpose. STEF’s Fabrication Specialties
or STEF’s Performance Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility
for personal injury, labor or other injury through the installation
of parts contained herein; nor will STEF’s Fabrication Specialties
or STEF’s Performance Products, Inc. bear the cost of vehicle
down time or storage.
All
sales transactions conducted in the state of New Jersey are subject
to the 6% New Jersey state sales tax.
Products
listed in this catalog are intended for off road usage not legal
for sale or usage on any pollution controlled vehicle.
STEF’s
reserves the right to change pricing or product specifications without
notice.
